PSYCHIC SERVICES CLIENT AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER

FOR PSYCHIC SESSIONS OR AKASHIC READINGS:

1. NATURE OF SERVICES

I understand that the services I am receiving are spiritual, intuitive, or metaphysical in nature. These may include psychic readings, energy work, mediumship, or intuitive guidance. I acknowledge and agree that these services are provided for personal growth or spiritual insight.

2. NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

I understand and agree that:

  • The Psychic is not a licensed medical professional, psychologist, financial advisor, or attorney, and is not qualified to provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

  • Psychic services are not a substitute for professional services such as counseling, therapy, legal advice, or medical care.

  • I will seek the help of a licensed professional for any condition that requires diagnosis, treatment, or formal guidance.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

I take full responsibility for my own decisions, actions, and interpretations based on the services provided. I will not hold the Psychic responsible for any outcomes related to my personal, legal, financial, or health decisions.

4. NO GUARANTEES

I understand that:

  • The Psychic does not guarantee the accuracy of any insights, messages, or predictions.

  • The future is not fixed, and outcomes can change based on free will and external factors.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Psychic agrees to keep all client information confidential except in cases where:

  • Disclosure is required by law;

  • There is a reasonable belief of risk of harm to self or others;

  • The client provides written consent to share information.

6. CONSENT TO RECORD SESSIONS

  • I give my permission for sessions to be audio and/or video recorded for the purpose of client review or practitioner documentation.

  • I understand that the recordings will be kept confidential and will not be shared without my written consent unless legally required.

FOR REMOTE REIKI SERVICES:

1. REIKI TREATMENT

I understand that:

  • Reiki is a simple, gentle, energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation.

  • Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment.

  • Reiki does not take the place of proper medical or psychological care.

  • Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving.

2. REIKI ACCEPTANCE

I understand that:

  • In order to receive the positive benefits of Reiki, I must be open and accepting of the process.

  • The body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial.

  • Long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.

4. NO GUARANTEES

I understand that:

  • There are no guarantees of specific or measurable medical results.

  • Experiences with Reiki are highly individual and results can vary.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY

I understand that all client information and records are treated in a confidential manner.

4. CONSENT TO RECORD SESSIONS
